This self-catering apartment is located on the first floor of a renovated building (2009).  Being one of only two apartments in this historic building it offers a high level of privacy and comfort. 

At 50 sq metres (app 500 sq feet) it comprises a stylish and bright architect designed living/dining/kitchen area, separate bedroom and a modern separate shower room (no bath).

This apartment is more spacious than the top floor one and is therefore also suited for a couple with child (cot/foldout bed available) or third person.

The kitchen/dining/living area is at the front of the building (south facing) and with a high ceiling and large windows it is bright and offers a very pleasant space for you to relax in.

The bedroom is at the rear, with a king size bed (200 cm long, 150 cm wide), a single foldable sofa bed (mattress 188cm long, 80 cm wide) and sufficient wardrobe space. All bedding is anti-allergic, there are no carpets in the apartment. Linen is provided.

There is an en-suite shower room with vanity unit and the toilet is separatly located next to the bedroom. Washer/dryer and clothes horse are available. Hairdryer, ironing board and iron are also provided. Towels are provided.

COT, HIGHCHAIR & TOYS FOR THE LITTLE GUESTS ARE AVAILABLE.  We have a few other bits and pieces available for those travelling with small children, so check with us first before packing too much!


PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A STRICTLY NON SMOKING APARTMENT. THE LOCATION AND SPACE IS NOT SUITED FOR PETS.
