Newly renovated (September 2009), this self-catering apartment is located on the top floor and being one of only two residential units in this historic building it offers a high level of privacy and comfort.
At 40 sq meters (app 400 sq feet) it comprises a stylish and bright architect designed living/dining/kitchen area, separate bedroom (sleeps 2 people max) and a modern bathroom with shower (no bath).
The kitchen/dining/living area is at the front of the building (south facing) and with a high ceiling with old timber beams and south facing windows and skylights, it is bright and offers a very pleasant space for you to relax in.

In the living area you have: Sky satellite TV DVD/CD player incorporating an I-Pod docking sound system
The bedroom is at the rear, always quiet, with a king size bed, sufficient wardrobe space and under-bed storage and a wall mounted TV with basic Sky package. All bedding is anti-allergic, there are no carpets in the bedroom or living area, only the stairs are carpet covered (no pets allowed).
The separate bathroom has a WC, wash hand basin and a luxurious shower and there is also a washer/dryer and clothes horse. Hairdryer, ironing board and iron are also provided.
Towels/Linen: For any stay longer than 4 days an extra set of towels can be provided free of charge. For shorter stays one set of towels each will be provided. An extra set is available at €8. An extra set of bed linen is available at €10. There is a washer/dryer on the premises. Please do not use our towels for the beach. We now offer a beach pack (picnic/beach blanket + 2 towels in a bag) at €10. So let us know if you are interested.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A STRICTLY NON SMOKING APARTMENT. THE LOCATION AND SPACE IS NOT SUITED FOR PETS.

Please Note: BANK HOLIDAY WEEKEND RATES ARE HIGH SEASON. Minimum stay per booking is two nights, however, during peak season, 1 May till 30 September and New Year and Easter, we only accept bookings with a minimum stay of three nights!
