Booking Deposit/Payment: We require an immediate non-refundable booking deposit of €150 to secure the booking. The balance of the payment is required no less than 6 weeks before arrival date, if booked withing 6 weeks of arrival time, we require immediate full payment. We accept PayPal payments and international wiring is also possible. To arrange payment options, please contact us.
Cancellation Policy: The booking deposit of 150 Euro is non refundable
4 to 6 weeks of arrival date; you will forfeit 25% of the cost or the booking deposit whichever is the greater of the two.
2 to 4 weeks of arrival; you will forfeit 50% of the cost or the booking deposit; whichever is the greater.
Within 2 weeks of arrival; you will forfeit 100% of the cost of the booking
Electricity: A basic charge for electricity is included in the price giving the use of 10 units per day. Electricity use in excess of this will be charged at €2 per 10 units. We will take a meter reading on arrival and on departure. Please keep the environment in mind.
Security Deposit: We require payment of a refundable security deposit of €150 cash on arrival. The deposit will be refunded once we are satisfied that the apartment has been left in good condition.
Maximum Occupancy: Please be aware that the agreement for rental between ourselves and our guests is based on a maximum occupancy basis. We would like to stress that Clogher Apartment is bookable for maximum 2 people only, it is possible to book Coumeenole Apartment for 2 people and a small child.
When a rental is for longer than one week, cleaning of the premises during rental can be arranged at an additional charge.
